Extended Application Possibilities
For the portable pressure indicator model CPH62I0, external reference pressure sensors model CPT62I0 with measuring ranges up to 1000 bar [14500 psi] are available. Therefore, this indicator is especially well suited for use as a test instrument in applications such as process engineering, chemical industry, oil refineries, etc.
The digital indicator automatically detects the measuring range of the connected pressure sensor and ensures high accuracy of pressure measurement.
Functions
The CPH62I0 model can be used to measure both gauge and absolute pressure. Differential pressure measurement can be performed using the 2-channel version CPH62I0-S2 with two connected reference pressure sensors model CPT62I0. The following pressure units can be selected: bar, mbar, psi, Pa, kPa, MPa, mmHg or inHg.
The CPH62I0 can be successfully used in a wide variety of applications thanks to the integrated data logger and other functions such as Minimum, Maximum, Hold, Tare, zero point adjustment, alarm signals, automatic power off, peak detection (up to 1000 measurements/sec), averaging filter, etc.
Software
In addition to the evaluation data logger software GSoft, which allows the presentation of recorded data in tabular and graphical form, calibration software WIKA-Cal is available to perform the calibration procedure. Furthermore, WIKA-CAL also enables calibration from a PC, and management of calibration and instrument data in an SQL database. Data transfer is done via USB interface.

Various types of cases are available for maintenance and service work. These include service cases with or without pressure generation devices, rechargeable batteries, connecting adapters, etc.
Certified Accuracy
For each reference pressure sensor, the accuracy of the entire measuring chain is confirmed by a factory calibration certificate, which accompanies the measuring instrument. On request, a DKD/DAkkS calibration certificate can be provided for this instrument.
