Split-core current transformers of the LCTS type enjoy great popularity in industry, primarily due to their versatility and ease of installation
Their greatest advantage is the ability to install them without disassembling or cutting existing busbars and cables. Thanks to their split-core design, they can be easily mounted on already installed systems, significantly reducing working time and minimizing production downtime.
Lumel offers high-quality split-core current transformers that are ideally suited for industrial, energy, and building automation applications.
They are available in four mounting window size versions:
- 18.5 mm (compact versions)
- 32.5 mm (compact versions)
- 23 × 33 mm
- 85 × 54 mm
- 85 × 125 mm
- 82 × 162 mm
This range of sizes allows the transformer to fit a wide variety of busbar cross-sections, making them an extremely versatile solution.
Measurement Ranges:
- 150...500 A – compact versions, accuracy class 1
- 100...5000 A – full range of models, accuracy class 0.5 or 1
The external dimensions depend on the selected model.
Upon customer request, the transformers can be supplied with calibration certificates, allowing them to be used in installations requiring certified measurement accuracy.
